The short version: this website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or ad trackers. We only get the information you choose to send us, we use it to answer you, and we never sell it.
Who we are
This website, bluestonewebstudio.com, is run by Easton McElvaine, doing business as Bluestone Web Studio, based in Absecon, New Jersey. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Bluestone Web Studio. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].
This website is intended for visitors in the United States.
Information you choose to send us
When you press “Request my free demo,” the form sends what you typed to Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which emails it to us. Nothing is sent until you press the button. The request contains:
- Your name and business name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you add it
- The plan you’re interested in
- Anything you write in the message box, such as where to find your reviews
If you email or call us directly, we receive your email address or phone number and whatever you tell us.
Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information to deliver the site and protect it from attacks: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the date and time. Browsers may also send Cloudflare a short report if the site fails to load. We don’t use this information to identify you, and it’s handled under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
We don’t use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels or other tracking technologies. Our fonts and images are served from our own website, not from third parties, and nothing is sent to Web3Forms until you submit the form. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We won’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information, we don’t share it for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising, and we don’t use it to profile you. We only share it with:
- Service providers that help us run the business:
- Web3Forms (operated by Web3Creative, based in India) receives demo-request form submissions and emails them to us. It uses Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner to do this, and checks each submission for spam, which sends your IP address and email address to the spam-filtering services CleanTalk and Akismet. - Cloudflare hosts this website and forwards email sent to our address.
- Google’s Gmail service stores our email.
- Authorities, if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests and other emails only as long as we need them to respond to you, then delete them.
Web3Forms also keeps a copy of each form submission under its own policy, for up to three years, unless it’s deleted sooner. You can ask us to have your submission deleted there too.
How we protect it
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we limit access to your messages to ourselves. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live in the U.S., including New Jersey and California, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy
- Correct information that’s wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you
Email your request to [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your identity, usually by replying from the email address you used with us, and we’ll respond within 45 days. If we can’t fully meet your request, we’ll explain why, and you can reply to ask us to reconsider. We won’t treat you differently for making a request. You can also have someone you authorize make a request for you.
Because we don’t track visitors, browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals don’t change anything on this site. There’s no tracking for them to turn off.
Children
This website is for business owners and isn’t aimed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Links to other websites
If we link to another website, that site’s own privacy policy applies once you leave ours.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we’ll also note them on our home page for a reasonable time.
