This website, bluestonewebstudio.com, is operated by Easton McElvaine, doing business as Bluestone Web Studio (“we,” “us”), in Absecon, New Jersey. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. What this website is for

This website gives information about our web design services and lets you contact us. Nothing is sold through this website. Prices and plan details on the site are provided for information, can change, and aren’t an offer or a binding quote.

Client projects are covered by a separate written agreement. If you hire us, that agreement, not these website terms, sets out the work, prices, payment and ownership for your project.

3. Using the site

Please use the site lawfully. Don’t try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, send us harmful code, or use it to send spam or misleading information.

4. Our content and branding

The text, design, graphics, logo and the Bluestone Web Studio name on this site belong to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You’re welcome to view and share links to the site, but please don’t copy or reuse our content or branding without our written permission.

Photos on the site are used under the Unsplash License. The customer reviews, menu items and prices shown in our examples are illustrations of what a client site could look like, not real businesses or real reviews.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
