Channel Autopilot Terms of Use

Effective October 7, 2026

The short version: Channel Autopilot is a private tool for one YouTube channel. Using it means agreeing to YouTube’s Terms of Service as well as these terms.

Who these terms cover

Channel Autopilot is operated by Easton McElvaine, doing business as Bluestone Web Studio (“we”), in Absecon, New Jersey. It’s used only by the owner of the YouTube channel it’s connected to (“you”). It isn’t offered to the public, and no one else may connect an account to it.

YouTube’s terms come first

Channel Autopilot uses YouTube API Services. By using Channel Autopilot, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. If these terms ever conflict with YouTube’s, YouTube’s terms apply.

What you authorize

When you sign in with Google, you let Channel Autopilot upload videos and thumbnails to your channel and read your channel’s statistics and YouTube Analytics reports. Uploads only run on a schedule you turn on, and you can pause or stop them at any time. Each video is published with the visibility you’ve set, and Channel Autopilot never changes a video’s visibility afterwards unless you tell it to.

Your content

You’re responsible for the videos published to your channel, including their titles, descriptions and thumbnails. That includes making sure they follow YouTube’s Community Guidelines and policies, and that you have the rights to the footage, music and voice they use. Channel Autopilot tells YouTube when a video contains AI-generated narration.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Channel Autopilot to spam, mislead viewers, inflate views or engagement artificially, impersonate anyone, or publish content you don’t have the rights to.

Disconnecting

You can revoke Channel Autopilot’s access at any time from your Google security settings, or by running its disconnect command. Stored statistics are then deleted within 7 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

Channel Autopilot is provided as is. We don’t promise that every upload will succeed, that videos will perform a certain way, or that the tool will run without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the effective date at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
