Channel Autopilot
A private YouTube publishing tool by Bluestone Web Studio
Channel Autopilot is the software Easton McElvaine uses to run his own YouTube channel, Futurewise. It turns a finished script into a narrated, captioned video, uploads it to that one channel, and shows him how each video performs. It isn’t sold or offered to anyone else.
What it does
- Produces each video on the owner’s computer: narration, licensed stock footage, captions, a thumbnail, and Shorts cut from the long video.
- Uploads those videos to the owner’s channel with the YouTube Data API. Uploads only run on a schedule the owner turns on, and he can pause it at any time.
- Tells YouTube that every upload contains altered or synthetic content, because the narration is AI-generated.
- Reads the channel’s statistics with the YouTube Data and YouTube Analytics APIs and shows them on a private dashboard only the owner can open.
What it doesn’t do
- It doesn’t connect to any other channel or anyone else’s Google account.
- It doesn’t read or post comments, send messages, like, subscribe, or change videos it didn’t publish.
- It doesn’t download or keep copies of anyone’s videos.
- It doesn’t sell or share data, or use it for advertising.
YouTube API Services
Channel Autopilot uses YouTube API Services. By using Channel Autopilot, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Channel Autopilot’s own rules are in its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Access can be removed at any time from your Google security settings, or with Channel Autopilot’s disconnect command, which revokes the sign-in right away.
